Request of access to the acts and the procedures

Description

How a citizen or an enterprise does to ask for the access to the acts of an administrative procedure. It's possible to take note and/or obtain a copy of the act both in paper and electronic form where it's available.

Requirements

Every people who have a direct interest to the act can ask for an access to the administrative documents. Understanding with direct interest all the cases where the act weights on a personal situation, of the demandant, juridically protected. The law doesn't admit a general controll on the work of the public administration. It's however a load of the office to value case for case for protecting the rights of thirds. In fact the datums of these people cuold be internally to the request act.

Way of request

The request can be presented directly to the office that has the act or through the General Registry Office. Writing in every its parts the model of request, putting particular attention at the section where are expressed the reasonsd of the request.

Times of grant and costs

The maximum term to accept or refuse the request is 30 days. Over this term the request is refused. The only expected costs are that one's of reproduction of the acts (0,15 Euro for paper for the paper copy) and the rights of secretary (0,25 Euro for a request).
