Changing rooms and incidental spaces

 

In the area corresponding to the backstage, at height -0.80 it has been made the dressmaker's place and a multipurpose room also able to small scenery, equipment room or possible extension of the big changing rooms in case of performance with a lot of people, provided with direct opening on the street to permit the use of a store in conformity with the law. Adjoining to this room, there are the stores to put the musical instruments back and the access to the understage. At height 18.30, always above the backstage, we can find the rehearsals room, that for its particular conformation and thanks to the service of the lower changing rooms at height 15.06, it can be used as a dance hall. The flooring of the scenery and the adjoining stores is in sleeked and treated with resin concrete, while for the dance hall it is calculated the adoption of the parquet. The changing rooms, like for the preliminary project, are situated in part internally the space of the ex-baths, completely rebuilt. At height -0.30 we find 1 big changing room for 10 artists and 1 big one for 7 artists, with common toilet facilities divided by the sex (2 men wc + 2 women wc with 2 showers) and a single changing room; at height 3.00, we find instead 2 single changing rooms, 1 changing room for 3 artists and 3 double changing rooms with private baths and a common one. The 2 big changing rooms meant for the chorus, respectively of 7 and 10 seats, with 2 toilet facilities, which are situated at height +15.06, are inserted in the space of the stage and overlook on the east side. The flooring and the coverings of the baths are all in ceramic materials at great resistance (like glazed gres), while for the interior of the changing rooms and passages, it has been adopted a particular kind of natural linoleum (with flax fibres and natural resin of pine), particularly appropriate to similar rooms, because it's perfectly anallergic and antibacterial, to guarantee elevated comfort to the touch and the best hygiene. The partitionings are in traditional perforated brick with application of civil plaster and painting with non-toxic washable water paints. The interior doors of the changing rooms are in laminate at great resistance with enamelled wooden framings.
