The offices and the assembly room are situated in the area corresponding to the foyer and the bar, at the superior height, +4,18 and +5,44. The corresponding part to the foyer, that stands on the main south prospect, follows the historical distribution of that places, still separated by the original bearing walling. So from this a main room (Academy), two offices and an open space offices room results and they are served by a toilet facility for the staff. The accesses to the offices are guaranteed by two side stairs body (the same used also for the theatrical room) and, especially, by the stairs body with access from the east side, (artists' entrance). From this stairs body, provided with a lift, you can access to a room with a trapezoidal form, that can be considered as an "open space" office, and if need be, a foyer at the second level of boxes, at height +8.53, usable both of supporting during the entr'actes of performance, and for small exhibitions. The access from the stairs artists body permits the using of the structure for offices independently from the opening times of the theatre. The finishing touches are stone floors, doors in wooden essence and paintings with non-toxic washable water paints.
